2. Products and Natural Variations
Epoxybord sells handmade furniture made from solid wood and epoxy.
All epoxy tables are unique products. Variations in wood structure, grain, colour tones, epoxy flow, patterns, as well as natural cracks and characteristics of the wood, are natural features of the material and do not constitute defects.
Product images on the website are provided as illustrative examples.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT.
For delivery of epoxy tables, shipping is provided under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning that customs duties, import charges and applicable handling fees are included in the agreed shipping cost.
Epoxybord reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Payment
We offer secure payment methods through card payment, Klarna, PayPal and Shopify Payments.
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment services.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Epoxy Tables – Custom Made
Epoxy tables are manufactured to order.
The normal delivery time is approximately 35–45 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, transportation, customs handling or other circumstances beyond Epoxybord's control.
Delivery is provided under DDP terms. The customer will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery when DDP applies.
Delivery is normally made to the property boundary or the customer's door. Indoor delivery is not included.
The tabletop and table legs may be shipped as separate packages, but they are part of the same order and are transported together to the customer.
Table Legs and Bases
Table legs and bases may be shipped separately from the tabletop but are included in the same order when purchased together with a table.
There is no separate shipping charge for table legs when they are ordered together with a table.
6. Special Orders (Custom Made)
Epoxy tables are individually manufactured according to the customer's selected size, design, wood type and specifications.
These products are considered custom-made goods and are therefore normally not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
Once production has commenced, the order is binding and cannot normally be cancelled.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Standard Products – Table Legs
For stocked standard products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in essentially unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Custom-Made Epoxy Tables
The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to custom-made products.
8. Complaints
As a consumer, you have a three-year right to make a complaint regarding original defects in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable period after the defect was discovered.
Upon delivery, the product should be inspected immediately. Any transport damage should be documented immediately and reported to us as soon as possible.
If a complaint is approved, we may offer repair, a replacement product, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If the customer fails to receive the delivery or provides incorrect delivery information, the customer may be charged for actual shipping, storage and handling costs resulting from the unsuccessful delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Epoxybord is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses or financial losses arising from the use of the product, except where liability is required under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
11. Force Majeure
Epoxybord is not responsible for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government decisions or other similar events.
12. Disputes and Applicable Law
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute, Epoxybord follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Information regarding the EU's online dispute resolution services is available through the official EU consumer services.
