These terms and conditions apply when you make a purchase from Epoxybord via the website epoxybord.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All epoxy tables sold by Epoxybord are unique pieces of furniture. Variations in wood grain, color, patterns, epoxy flow, and surface finish are natural and part of the product’s character.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between images and the final product may occur and do not constitute grounds for claims.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT. Epoxybord reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to adjust prices due to supplier or manufacturer changes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping applies within Sweden unless otherwise specified.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct.
Large furniture items are typically delivered via pallet or specialized home delivery services suitable for heavy and fragile products.
5. Delivery Times
In-stock (Ready-made) Tables
Delivery time is normally 2–7 business days. These tables are fully produced and ready for shipment.
Custom-Made Tables
Production time is approximately 20 days.
Total delivery time may be up to 45 days.
Exact delivery time will be confirmed after the order is placed.
Express / Air Freight
For express or air freight shipments, delivery time is approximately 5–7 days. This service is available only by agreement and may involve additional costs.
6. Custom Orders
Products manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements regarding size, color, design, or finish are considered custom orders.
Custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with distance selling regulations, as they are produced specifically for the customer and carry a clear personal character.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In-stock Products
For ready-made tables, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations, calculated from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
• The product must be in substantially unchanged condition
• The product must not be used or damaged
• The original packaging must be used
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase after the returned product has been inspected.
Custom-Made Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
8. Claims
If a product is damaged or defective, this must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
Claims must be submitted by email to hello@epoxybord.com and must include the order number along with photos or video clearly showing the defect or damage.
Claims are assessed in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law. If approved, Epoxybord will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. Payment
We offer secure payment methods via card payment, Klarna, and PayPal.
All payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment providers.
10. Unclaimed Deliveries
If a delivery is not accepted or refused, the customer will be charged for actual shipping and handling costs.
11. Limitation of Liability
Epoxybord is not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses arising from the use of the product, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In case of disputes, Epoxybord follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
