This shipping policy describes how delivery, shipping, and transportation are handled for purchases made from Epoxybord via epoxybord.com.
Delivery Areas
Epoxybord primarily delivers within Sweden. Delivery to other Nordic countries or EU destinations may be offered upon request and agreement.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies within Sweden for all epoxy tables, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Special shipping solutions such as express or air freight may incur additional costs and are only available upon prior agreement.
Delivery Times
In-stock (Ready-made) Tables
Delivery time: normally 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
These tables are fully produced and ready for immediate shipment.
Custom-Made Tables
Production time: approximately 20 days.
Total delivery time: up to 45 days.
Exact delivery time will be confirmed after the order is placed.
Express / Air Freight
For express or air freight shipments, delivery time is approximately 5–7 days.
Available only by special agreement and may involve additional charges.
Delivery Method
Delivery of epoxy tables is handled by freight companies specialized in heavy and fragile furniture.
Delivery is normally made to the property boundary, front door, or according to the agreed delivery level.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the shipment at the agreed time.
Packaging and Transportation
All tables are carefully packaged.
They are shipped in custom-built, robust transport crates or pallet packaging, where the tabletop is securely fixed and protected to ensure safe transportation of heavy and premium epoxy furniture.
Transport Damage
Any transport damage must be documented immediately upon delivery with photos or video and reported to Epoxybord without delay.
Damage that is not reported shortly after delivery may affect eligibility for compensation.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery is not accepted, refused, or cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will be charged for actual shipping and handling costs.
Delivery & Shipping – Table Legs and Bases
Table legs and metal bases are shipped from our EU warehouse.
Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping
