Returns and Claims

If you wish to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us by email before initiating any return.

Under Swedish consumer law, you have a 3-year right to file a complaint for manufacturing defects. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered.

For a product to be considered defective, the fault must have been present at the time of purchase or delivery. Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, wear and tear, or external impact is not covered.

If a claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Repair or corrective action
• Replacement product
• Price reduction
• Refund

All claims are assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

If transport damage is suspected, it must be documented immediately upon delivery with clear photos and reported to us without delay.


Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email before returning the item.

Conditions for an Approved Return

• The product must be in substantially unchanged condition
• The product must not be assembled, used, or damaged
• All parts and accessories must be included
• The original packaging must be used

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returns must be sent to our EU warehouse according to instructions provided by us.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout, within 14 days after we have received and approved the returned product.

We reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and function.


Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured according to the customer’s specific instructions or custom dimensions are not covered by the right of withdrawal, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

This includes:

• Custom epoxy tables
• Special sizes or personalized designs


Delivery of Table Legs and Bases

Table legs and metal bases are shipped from our EU warehouse via established shipping carriers.

Normal delivery time: 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Free shipping applies within Sweden unless otherwise specified.

Delivery is normally made to the property boundary or front door, depending on the carrier.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval or that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender. Any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
