Returns and complaints
If you wish to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us via email before initiating any return.

In Sweden, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right of complaint. Complaints must be made within 2 months of the defect being discovered.
According to the Swedish Consumer Agency, the following applies:
For a product to be considered defective, the defect must be original, i.e. it must have existed at the time of purchase or receipt of the product. The defect does not have to be apparent immediately. The product is not considered defective if the damage occurred due to incorrect use or external influences.
If a complaint is approved, we primarily offer one of the following solutions:
Repair or action
Replacement product
Price reduction
Refund
All complaints are assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).
In the event of suspected transport damage, this must be documented immediately upon receipt with pictures or video and reported to us without delay.
Right of withdrawal – stocked (finished) tables
As a consumer, you have the right, under Swedish law, to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods, for stocked and ready-made tables.
Conditions for approved returns:
The product must be in substantially unchanged condition.
The product must not be used or damaged.
Original packaging must be used.
The customer is responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase after the item has been inspected.
Custom Made tables
There is no right of withdrawal for specially ordered epoxy tables, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or that have a clear personal touch.
Custom Made tables are made uniquely for each customer and undergo an extensive production process.
Production time: about 20 days
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
If the order is canceled before production starts, an administrative fee may apply.
Once the table is fully produced and ready for delivery, the right of withdrawal ceases completely.
All custom-ordered tables are delivered in custom-built, very robust transport boxes or pallet packaging. The tabletop is very well protected and fixed in the packaging to ensure safe transport of heavy and exclusive epoxy furniture.
In the event of a return of a specially ordered table, after written approval, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return transport.

Delivery time: 2–7 business days
Shipped complete and ready to use
Custom Made tables
Production time: about 20 days
Total delivery time: up to 45 days
Exact delivery time will be confirmed after ordering.
Express / Air freight
For express or air freight, the delivery time is approximately 5–7 days.
Valid only by agreement.
Additional costs may apply.
Shipping
Free shipping within Sweden on all epoxy tables, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is via shipping companies adapted for heavy and fragile furniture.
Delivery is normally made to the property boundary or front door.
Any deviations or special delivery requests are confirmed when ordering.
Invalid returns
Returns sent without authorization or that do not meet the return conditions will be considered invalid and will be sent back to the customer. The customer will then be charged for the shipping cost.

Dispute resolution
Customers within the EU are protected by applicable EU consumer protection legislation. In the event of a dispute, we follow ARN's recommendations.
