These terms and conditions apply when you shop from Epoxybord via the website epoxybord.com. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Company information

2. Products
All epoxy tables sold through Epoxybord are unique pieces of furniture. Variations in wood texture, color, pattern, epoxy flow and surface finish are natural and part of the product's character.
Product images on the website are indicative. Minor deviations between the image and the final product may occur and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown including VAT. Epoxybord reserves the right to correct obvious price errors and to adjust prices in the event of changes from suppliers or manufacturers.
4. Shipping and delivery
Free shipping applies within Sweden unless otherwise stated.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer when ordering. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct.
Delivery of larger furniture is normally via pallet or home delivery adapted for heavy and fragile products.
5. Delivery times
Stocked (finished) tables
Delivery time is normally 2–7 working days. These tables are fully produced and ready to ship.
Custom Made tables
Production time is approximately 20 days.
Total delivery time can be up to 45 days.
Exact delivery time will be confirmed after ordering.
Express/air freight
For express or air freight, delivery time is approximately 5–7 days. This is only by arrangement and may incur additional costs.
6. Special orders (Custom Made)
Products that are manufactured according to the customer's specific requests regarding dimensions, color, design or workmanship are considered special orders.
For specially ordered products, there is no right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, as the product is manufactured specifically for the customer and has a distinctly personal touch.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Stocked products
For stocked and finished tables, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, calculated from the day the goods are received.
For a return to be approved, the product must be in essentially unchanged condition, not used or damaged, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase after the item has been inspected.
Specially ordered products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered or customized products.
8. Complaints
If a product is damaged or faulty, this must be reported as soon as possible after receipt.
Complaints should be made via email to hello@epoxybord.com and must contain the order number as well as pictures or video that clearly show the error or damage.
Complaints are assessed according to the Consumer Sales Act. If a complaint is approved, Epoxybord primarily offers action, a replacement product, a price reduction or a refund.
9. Payment
We offer secure payment methods via card payment, Klarna and PayPal.
All payments are handled via encrypted and secure payment services.
10. Uncollected deliveries
If a delivery is not received or refused, the customer will be charged for actual shipping and handling costs.
11. Limitation of liability
Epoxybord is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that arise from the use of the product, beyond what follows from mandatory consumer legislation.
12. Dispute and applicable law
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, Epoxybord follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).
